Waitlist open · Dates to be announced

Train in the methodology.
Become a Pattern Science Practitioner.

The first certification programme for consultants, advisors, and senior operators trained in Pattern Science™, the structural diagnostic discipline behind Business Alchemy. Limited cohorts. Direct mentorship. Methodology IP licensed to practitioners on completion.

· First cohort: dates announced to the waitlist · Cohort size: 12 practitioners · Format: Hybrid, Queensland-anchored
[ 01 ]  /  The premise

A new discipline, not another framework.

Pattern Science is the structural diagnostic that surfaces what is breaking underneath the strategy. The certification is the discipline that lets you apply it.

The methodology has been refined over twenty years inside real Australian businesses, $2M to $50M. The five patterns. The constraint hierarchy. The diagnostic instruments. The 90-day cycle. It is built from operating work, not theory.

Until now it has only been practised by Troy Fazakerley, in the room with the leadership team, alongside the business rather than to it. The Practitioner Certification opens that practice to a small number of consultants and senior operators trained directly in the discipline.

This is not a course. It is a transmission of a discipline, with the diagnostic IP licensed for practitioner use on completion.

Who this is actually for.

Apply if

You are already advising operators.

  • You consult, coach, or advise leadership teams in Australian businesses $2M–$50M
  • You have ten or more years of operating, advisory, or senior leadership experience
  • You have noticed the same patterns repeating across the businesses you work with
  • You want a defensible, structured diagnostic to put underneath your engagements
  • You are willing to apply the discipline with rigour, not as a marketing layer
Not for you if

You are still building your foundation.

  • You are early-career and looking for a credential
  • You want a quick certification to add to LinkedIn
  • You are looking for templates to resell as your own product
  • You are not actively engaged with operators inside their businesses
  • You prefer prescriptive frameworks over diagnostic reasoning

What you learn.

Ownership, Clarity, Rhythm, Flow, Value. The healthy state, the broken state, and the structural intervention for each. The constraint hierarchy that determines correct sequence of repair.

PHASE 02

The Diagnostic Instruments

How to administer the PDI™, EXIT PDI™, and MDI™. How to read the outputs. How to translate diagnostic scores into a structured rebuild plan that leadership teams will follow.

PHASE 03

The Engagement Architecture

The 90-Day Alchemy Cycle™ in practice. How to deliver structural intervention alongside the business rather than to it. Pacing, signoffs, handoff. The difference between intervention and advisory.
